You know, I realized I've never really enjoyed my spring break until I was out of College. Last year I went to New York City with my mom. Which is cool and all...good bonding time.

This year all I've done is PARTY. Don't get me wrong, I've had fun. But throughout high school and even college I worked during my spring break. I'm now realizing that it sucks! lol I love being free...I love going out...I love being with friends.

Ok--so I'm actually tanned! WOO HOO go me! Took me all of 5 days of beachgoing. :D and go figrue that I already started to peel!!! UGH!!!!!!




I've also gone to Gatsby's and Blue Martini. Which Blue Martini had the best martini I've ever had. :) And it was Ladies Night so it was Free! (Yeah it was a $16 martini, you'd be happy if you got it for free too!)




Oh and I went to the Youth Fair. It's expensive...but the food is soooo worth going. :) I honestly ate wayyyyyyyy tooooooo much. lol My stomach hurt as I walked to my car.

So I am bored. Well not exactly bored, just tired. I've been on my mission to exercise. Just got some bad news about family health issues and well...it's scary.

So I've been working out with Johanne. She's a good walking buddy cause we can just keep talking about anything. I'm trying to get Prissy to come with us but she's been busy with house stuff and work. Which is ok, but we need to get MOTIVATED! And we got to check out that spinning place soon...which I also found another place called M Gym Cycle or something like that near Sunset place. So two places I've got to see.

I've also been trying to eat healthier. Well to some degree...I ended up eating Hungry Bear for dinner and well yeah, a philly cheese steak isn't exactly healthy...but I figure if I have 2 good healthy meals and snacks during the day I believe I can splurge a little for one meal. :) And I was good cause I didn't eat dessert. Rather, I ended up drinking Soy Milk. Which by the way I have found one that I like-- Publix Greenwise Vanilla Soy Milk. Yummy. :) Oh and I've learned that I like Pomegranete juice (the little POM bottles). It was delicious. lol

I have to be up at 3am on Friday morning to be at work at 4. I'm going to DISNEY WORLD. The happiest place on Earth. :)))



Oh and Spring break is next week!!! WOO HOO!
Wish me luck on summer camp jobs. One interview down, one more to go!

OK so I'm really happy that I got A LOT of scrapping done! What a relief! I really was in need of doing it. Especially since I have something like 200+ pictures laying around.

I'll be sure to take pictures and post them.

OH--I'm leaving to Savannah on Friday. Celebrating St. Patty's Weekend. :)

Twice yesterday life was reffered to as a video game. Or rather, how it isn't a video game. There is no reset button. There is no second life or hell even a third one.

My cousin is facing some major depression about his wife. Honestly I don't want him to be around her, but I know he loves her. It bothers me that he is hurt. I really feel bad for him.

And then there's Susan...*sigh* I don't even know what to say about that whole fiasco. She can be smart when she wants to be...but lately the decisions she's made have been nothing short of HORRIBLE.


Well I'm happy for Prissy and Tony. YEY! They got an apartment. And well...it's like 3 minutes away from me. So that's cool.

I'm going to Metro Zoo today with my family. Which should be cool. My back is killing me from the moving but we'll see how today goes.

I hate Mondays. Everyone is so not in the mood of getting back to the busy days that are our lives. I love the weekends...you can just relax.

I had a great weekend and it consisted of doing nothing but being around friends. :) No parties, not much drinking, no drama. It was nice.

I'm excited! I got done with the first book this year. SHOGUN is an excellent book. Just need to take the time to give it a chance. Now I'm starting to read James Patterson's Midnight Club. Let you know how it goes.

Oh and if you can...recommend books and movies. :) I'm in need for entertainment.

ok, so last night turned out totally different than I expected. lol my original plans were to go to a club with Johanne. I wasn't really feeling it and she decided to go up to Broward and spend time with Krista, so it worked out in a way.

Any way, I got a message from Bobby online and Erik called me. So I hung out with them both and German. I had a lot of fun with them and our usual strangeness. :) Went to Flanigan's and got made fun of for a having a "baby" beer. lol Even the waitress was making fun of me. She was hilarious though.

Any way--then we ended up at the Village. No clue or agreement on what we all wanted to see but we ended up watching "Be Kind Rewind." It was ok, I wasn't really into at first but then the recreation of "sweded" videos was hilarious. Go figure there was an actual attempt for a plot in the movie. :p

THEN I ended up at the Romans. I know...second home kind of thing. But it was different and I have to agree with Prissy. It was just us friends. The original groupies. lol It was cool. I had a good time talking about films, actors, and god knows what else.

So I got home at 3 after trying not to fall asleep on the way home. Now I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed before 9 (it's 9:58 now). I hate it that I always wake up early. Now I'm getting hungry. Ok so since I'm hungry/thirsty...I'm off to fill the need.

So it's Thursday night and I'm dead tired but I figured I'd post something.

I'm almost done with this book I've been reading for over a month now...almost 2. It's a great book and literally keeps me wanting to turn the page. I recommend it to anyone who likes Japanese history. Its called Shogun. :) Great book

I've been hanging out with my cousin lately which is cool. We've always been close until he left the army and got married. Now crap is happening and the shit has hit the fan and I'm happy he is able to talk to me about that. I miss having him around but I know that life goes on. He'll probably be moving to Savannah soon. Hopefully I can go visit him soon. I've never been there.

Well Valentines Day has gone by, which was probably the oddest Valentines Day I've ever had. I spent it with my cousin Bruce, brother, sis in law, niece, and two friends- Erik and Gus. Yeah we went to Dave and Busters to play pool. It really was uneventful especially since I really suck at pool. :D

So Friday night was annette's party. It was interesting and different at the same time. Good to see a lot of people I haven't seen in a while. Nothing much happend. I got out-voted about going to denny's. Which I'm still not happy about. I hate their food.

Saturday I went to Samurai with my bro, sis in law, and niece. Then we spent an hour at the pool. Last night I went to Martini Bar with my friend Johanne. It was cool. Drinks weren't great but the music was half-way decent. DJ sucked at mixing, but w/e.

Sunday has been my relaxing day...sort of. All I've done is listen to music, watch movies (Robin Hood Men in Tights and Man in the Iron Mask), and clean up. lol Yeah, it's been a lazy sunday.

yeah, exactly how I'm feelng. Not exactly because I don't have a Valentine. I think the whole concept sucks. Why take one day out of the year and celebrate the person you're with? You should do that as often as possible. It's all over-rated. I honestly don't even think it's worth spending a crap-load of money on chocolates, dolls, dinner, roses, or jewlery unless it really comes from the heart and not an obligation. What I want this Valentines day is for everyone I know to be happy. That's it. I don't think it's much to ask for. Just be happy...enjoy the moments that take your breath away.

Ok--so that's my take on valentines day.

So yesterday I had a doctor appointment. I've been sick for about 3 weeks now! Thanks Prissy and Tony! lol Nah, I'm kidding. So now I'm on antibiotics and cough medicine. Fun stuff!

However...now I have to have a bunch of doctors appointments to prevent things from happening.

1. Got to get a EKG done of my heart to make sure its working properly. I have a heart murmur (sp?) which is supposedly nothing to worry about. BUT!! I have been having severe neck pain on my left side (especially when I run). So yeah...Not a good thing

2. I need to have an abdominal ultrasound done to check that I don't have a possible aneursym. It runs in my family. My grandfather died of one and my dad has one (that was diagnosed after his heart attack...*relates to issue #1*). lol

3. My knee is killing me! So now I have a doctors appointment for that. Wish me luck! Hopefully it's nothing too serious but it does keep giving out on me.

4. I have an ultrasound (I know, another one) to check my ovaries and make sure I don't have cysts.

5. I'm getting the HPV shot the same day as the #4 appointment. lol

OK--so in other words...I'm 23 and FALLING apart!!! WTF?!

Yeah...so that's my health issues in a nut shell.

Wow, that seems like the truth. I've been thinking about my past relationship and all of my friends and their relationships. Ive come to the conclusion there is no such thing as a "perfect" relationship. What one person might feel is perfect for them may not be perfect for everyone else. What one person feels as love may not be love at all. It's funny...but maybe my faith in love and relationships is fading.

You know...I say that now...until Mr. Right (now) walks into the picture. lol

The last two days have not been ones that I want to remember for a long time. Friday started off with a really bad headache. I got to work and forgot my class keys in the car. Turned around and walked back to the car. As I'm walking back I notice that something was wrong with my car...sure enough, I don't have my license plate on my car. WTF?! Great...so I have to call MDPD. UGH!! And to top it off I now have to buy a new plate. Luckily it only cost me $7. Now I'm really upset by this and I know its stupid. My car had the word "FEZ" on it and I laughed when I first got it cause I'm a huge "That 70s show." So I dubbed my car "Fez-ster." So now it's not longer "Fez." Now I have some stupid tag with "JAT" on it. Yeah, I know it's dumb.

Well to continue my story, I got home and my dad came to help me change one of my brake lights that were out. As he changed it, he told me my light was broken. Sure enough so is the passenger side. So long story short: I now have a stolen license plate and two broken tail lights. BUT wait, this is the fucked up part of all of it....whoever stole the plate was NICE enough to leave me the screws! WTF? You don't have the nerve to steal the plate and put back the screws! oiuoghes;oifck fsn;zdofuhaw o;eifjawh;erugj??? What's wrong with them???

So yeah, now each light is gonna cost me $50. Ok, so to top off my weekend I'm still sick with whatever I've been fighting off for a week now. So I haven't been in the mood to do anything besides lay down in my bed.

Well I decided to go to dinner with my grandmother last night and my aunt Chris and Uncle Jay. Well after finding out some bad news about my cousin and his wife...I got into an argument with my grandmother about my aunt (my cousins' mom). I've never fought with my grandmother nor have I ever raised my voice at her. It hurts so much that I've done that. The fight continued to escalate to the point I was boiling with anger and crying my eyes out. It sucked. In the end, I didn't eat dinner and I left. I know I owe her an apology for all of that. I told her some brutal truths about our family that she has turned a blind eye to. The truth hurts and I've always been one to be brutally honest. I just hate the fact I was the one that told her.

So it's Sunday and I'm watching the move "The Perfect Man" and I heard the line "Forget everything that happened before 8 o'clock this morning." So that's what my plan is. Here is goes....

It's only January 23rd and yet, there has been two deaths of young hollywood stars. First, Brad Renfro, age 25. Apparently died of a drug overdose...He had talent, aside from being incredibly cute when he was like 12. lol




And then Heath Ledger, 28 years old, father of a 2 year old daughter. This guy had talent. He played very diverse characters in only a few movies. He took up roles that seemed out of the norm. Believe me I didn't think he'd make a great Joker in the upcoming Dark Knight movie...however, just seeing a trailer and the first 6 minutes the film changed my mind completly. He is the JOKER.



I just don't understand it...these actors have as much money as I can dream about. Yet, they fall into the same pitfalls that even the lowlifes of the world fall into. Goes to show you that fame and fortune mean nothing in the end. It's a shame...it really is...

When I grow up I want to be a teacher. Possibly become a lawyer later on in life. :)
